1. Register Your Account

Set up your account in just a couple of minutes by clicking here. If affiliated with an agency network, choose from the dropdown. If not, select "Not Affiliated".


2. Complete the Three Parts of Your Agent Profile

  1. Appointment: Completing the appointment process with Pathpoint takes just a few minutes, and doing it right away will save you time when you try to bind an account for a client.

  2. Set up your PathPay payment processing account: One of the great features that Pathpoint offers agents is 100% fully digital payment processing, whether you choose PathPay Insured or PathPay Agency.

    • With PathPay Insured, the insured pays premiums to Pathpoint directly, and your agency is never on the hook for payment.

    • With PathPay Agency, your agency pays Pathpoint on behalf of the Insured. Whichever way you choose, payment can be made via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer, and you can check payment status anytime in your PathPay dashboard.

    For PathPay setup instructions, click here. Agents in affiliates or networks should check with their Account Manager about centralized billing.

  3. Fill out your NPN number and contact information: All agents need to add their National Producer Number (NPN) when starting with Pathpoint. Click here to locate your NPN.


3. Submit Your First Account

Once you’ve completed your profile, it’s time to understand which markets you can access and the available appetite.

  • Appetite Overview: Full list of Pathpoint’s appetite with ISO/NAICS codes and descriptions. Filter by vertical or use CTRL + F (Mac: CMD + F) to find exactly what you need.

  • Appetite Guides: View and download all guides from our blog in one convenient place.

  • Help Center: Our Help Center is here to answer your questions as you grow with Pathpoint—covering everything from quoting to payments. Access appetite information anytime along with key demonstrations for getting started.


4. Stay Connected!

Once you experience Pathpoint, you’ll never want to go back to slow, traditional E&S quoting!

  1. Bookmark Pathpoint.com to create submissions quickly, and save this guide as a reminder of when to use Pathpoint.

  2. Invite your team to collaborate effortlessly on accounts—just a few clicks in the Pathpoint app. Learn how to invite your team.
