As a Pathpoint agent, you have a dedicated team to support you through every stage of the policy lifecycle:
Onboarding: Looking to register or have questions about quoting E&S with Pathpoint? Our Business Development Specialist can assist you.
Account Manager: After you register and submit your first account, you will be assigned a primary contact for account questions, appetite guidance, billing, and general support. Find your Account Manager here.
Policy Services: For mid-term endorsements, cancellations, and other policy changes, submit requests in-app under the Policy Services tab.
For additional policy questions, you can reach out to your Service Representative
For questions about inspections and compliance, you can contact your Compliance Associate
