As a Pathpoint agent, you have a dedicated team to support you through every stage of the policy lifecycle:

  • Onboarding: Looking to register or have questions about quoting E&S with Pathpoint? Our Business Development Specialist can assist you.

  • Account Manager: After you register and submit your first account, you will be assigned a primary contact for account questions, appetite guidance, billing, and general support. Find your Account Manager here.

  • Policy Services: For mid-term endorsements, cancellations, and other policy changes, submit requests in-app under the Policy Services tab.

  • Appetite Guidance: Visit our appetite page and use the search function (CTRL + F on PC, CMD + F on Mac).
