Submissions & Policy Assistance
Regional Team Support
After you register and submit your first account, you will be assigned a primary contact, your Account Manager, for account questions, appetite guidance, billing, and general support.
A regional Underwriter will manage your accounts, handling referred and brokerage matters on your behalf. Expect correspondence regarding active submissions and bind requests via email.
Policy Services: For mid-term endorsements, cancellations, and other policy changes, submit requests in-app under the Policy Services tab. You'll receive an email from the appropriate teammate depending on the issue.
For policy changes, you can contact your Service Representative.
For questions about inspections and compliance, you can contact your Compliance Associate.
Claims Reporting
Pathpoint is not directly involved in the claims process. You can direct your insureds to the appropriate claims contact here.
Billing & Payments
Pathpoint partners with Ascend for billing and payment collections through the Ascend portal. For assistance, contact support@useascend.com.
