How to Submit Business with Pathpoint
Create an account – If you’re new to Pathpoint, visit Pathpoint.com and click Create an account. Follow the prompts to set up your profile.
Start your submission – Click Start Submission to view a list of available verticals with quick descriptions and available Instant Quote rates on our most popular verticals.
Choose the vertical that best matches your client’s business. Then select your coverage type: general liability, property, excess, cyber, and package.
Need Help Finding Class Codes? Use our Coverage Finder and AI-assisted submission pre-fill by uploading documents or a description about the client's operations. The AI will suggest class codes based on the information you provide.
Frequent Pathpoint User? Quick Start (at the top of the page) remembers your last 2–3 submissions and pre-fills vertical, line of business, and class codes. Just one click to launch your next draft!
Upload any documents- Upload supporting documents (ACORDs, SOVs, and supplementals) and/or describe your client's business in the freeform text field. The more detail you provide, the more fields we can pre-fill for you.
Complete the application – We'll pre-fill parts of the application based on what you uploaded or entered. Review any pre-filled fields and answer any remaining questions. Each page has a progress dial that shows you how complete your submission is as we go.
Review & submit—Double-check your submission for accuracy, then submit it to available markets. You’ll immediately see whether your risk is instant quotable, ****referred to an underwriter, or declined.
Check quote status—If your risk qualifies for instant quoting, available quotes will appear on your screen. If referred, an underwriter will contact you with more details. You can download ACORDs and supplementals as well.
