What is the difference between PathPay Agency and PathPay Insured?

Edited

PathPay Insured simplifies payment by having the insured pay their premium directly to Pathpoint, so your agency is never responsible for payment.

  • As the agent, you’ll receive a payment link to share with the insured, allowing them to pay via credit card, wire transfer, ACH, or by enrolling in a payment plan.

  • Pathpoint won’t bind coverage until payment is received.

  • Insureds have three business days to complete payment once subjectivities are approved.

  • Insureds will receive an email from Ascend to pay as well

PathPay Agency streamlines the traditional agency bill process, but your agency is responsible for paying Pathpoint.

  • The agency has 20 calendar days to settle the net balance.
