Why doesn't Pathpoint auto-renew?

At Pathpoint, we make renewals easy by presenting agents with a quote upfront based on the current expiring policy information. All agents need to do is review the quote, completed state subjectivities, and request to bind. If they want to explore other markets, they can use the prefilled application we create to shop within the app.

While auto-renewal is common in admitted insurance, it’s not typical for E&S insurers, and there are some downsides. Businesses change each year, and agents need to check for coverage gaps or better options for their clients.

By presenting the renewal quote, we give agents the opportunity to make sure they’re getting the best coverage. Agents will need to request binding, as required by state regulations.
