How can I cancel a policy?

Agents can request policy cancellations within their account. The Pathpoint team will reach out within two business days with confirmation that the policy has been canceled, or to clarify information needed to then cancel the policy.

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Login to your account

  2. Under Policy Management, select Request policy cancellation

  1. Select the policy, date of cancellation, and reason

  2. Upon submitting your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email. The Pathpoint team will contact you within two business days to confirm the cancellation of the policy or to request any additional information required to proceed with the cancellation.
