What are the requirements to use Pathpoint?
Below are Pathpoint's licensing and appointment requirements
Agencies must maintain an active property and casualty license.
At least one individual in the office must have an active property and casualty license in any state where business is conducted.
Any documents requiring an agent’s signature must be signed by the licensed individual.
Agents do not need to be appointed to quote with Pathpoint, allowing for faster quoting for clients.
Upon submitting the first bind request, agents will be prompted to complete the producer agreement and get appointed.
The appointment process is fully digital and typically completed the same day.
