Agencies (entities) must maintain active property and casualty licenses, and at least one individual in the office must maintain an active property and casualty license in any state you conduct business. 

Any documents that need to be signed by the agent, at any point during the process, must be signed by the licensed individual.

Agents do not need to become appointed to quote business with Pathpoint. This is so agents can quote business as quickly as possible for their clients. When an agent submits their first bind request, they will be prompted to complete the producer agreement and become appointed. This process is handled electronically and usually completed same-day.
