Submitting a mid-term endorsement request in the Pathpoint portal for any bound or issued policy is fast and simple!

Log into your Pathpoint account and go to Policy Maintenance in the top navigation bar. Select the service you would like to perform.
Select the action you would like to perform. For an endorsement, fill out the details of the type of endorsement requested.
You will receive a confirmation email once the mid-term endorsement form is submitted. The Pathpoint team will reply within two business days with next steps.
Note that some alterations may require a change in premium. Quoted changes will be sent to you via email for the insured’s review and approval.
