How do I access and manage billing in Pathpoint?

Billing and payments are handled through your agency's Ascend account. Navigate to the Billing & Commissions tab in Pathpoint to access it.

  • Existing Ascend Users: Enter your email address and Ascend will send a one-time password to the address associated with your account.

  • New Ascend Users: The agency administrator will need to add access for you. Each user must be set up in Ascend with their direct email in order to login.

    • The agency admin can add users by:

      • Navigating to Settings

      • Click User Management

      • Click Add new

      • Select the appropriate role: producer, support, accountant, or admin

        *Note: There is only one admin per agency in Ascend.
