How does Pathpoint handle endorsement and other service requests post-bind?

Some alterations (modify coverage and pricing) require a revised quote to be issued, and then the agent will need to present the revised quote to the applicant. Forms or other coverage alterations that are not available in the Pathpoint application can be referred to ops@pathpoint.com for review.

Within the Pathpoint platform, agents can request endorsements on any bound or issued policy. Watch this video to learn more:
