Live entertainment, other than background music

New ventures where owner/manager doesn't have 3 years experience

Oxygen Bars

Receipts over $5mm

Regular Happy Hour Specials

Renovations taking place

Risks with any amusement or recreational device including but not limited to darts, stationary video games, shuffleboard, or pool table

Risks with liquor liability limits or Assault & Battery limits less than the general liability limits

Risks with live entertainment

Self-pour operations of exposures

Special Events of Premises
