Agents can easily make changes to a policy within the app by requesting endorsements. Use this Help Guide to understand which documentation you need to provide. Your Service Representative will respond to your request within 24 hours.
Step-by-Step Guide
Easily request endorsements within your dashboard by following these steps:
First, log in to your Pathpoint account.
Next, Click Policy Management
Select, Request Mid-Term Endorsement
Then, hit Submit
You will receive a confirmation email of the endorsement request and should hear back from underwriting within two business days. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please email ops@pathpoint.com.
