Do I need to complete state subjectivities for renewals?

Edited

State subjectivities refer to specific requirements that must be met for policy approval. For Mix and Match policies, each coverage type, such as General Liability (GL) and Property, has its own set of subjectivities.

Whenever you submit a bind request, you will need to complete the state subjectivities. However, Pathpoint simplifies this process! By utilizing existing information, as we do for renewal quotes, we will automatically prefill your state subjectivities for renewal policies—including mix-and-match risks. This saves time and reduces manual entry.

You can edit any fields as needed when reviewing the state subjectivities.
