What is the difference between PathPay Agency and PathPay Insured?
Edited

PathPay Insured means the Insured pays Pathpoint their premium directly, and your agency is never on the hook for payment. As an agent, you will receive a payment link to send to the Insured to use to pay their premiums. They can use credit card, wire transfer or ACH, or can opt for a payment plan where they pay the premium in installments. Pathpoint will not bind an account until payment is received.

PathPay Agency offers an enhanced experience to the traditional agency bill process, but your agency will be responsible for premium payment to Pathpoint.
