Bank or Office – Mercantile or Manufacturing (Lessor's Risk Only) – Other than Not-For-Profit | 61212 | This is a standard office or retail exposure where the building owner isn’t responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building |
Bank or Office – Mercantile or Manufacturing (Lessor's Risk Only) – Not-For-Profit Only | 61216 | This is an uncommon office or retail exposure where the building owner is a non-profit entity and isn’t responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building |

These groups include, but are not limited to tenants, guests, and visitors - the parking area is not open to the general public. Code 46622 also contemplates parking areas that are used for storage of automobiles, trucks, boats, RV's, etc. during seasons when they are not in use. These areas may be covered or open lots. |
