Overview

We’ve introduced a new unauthenticated payment experience that makes it easier for third parties—such as accountants, MGA agency bill partners, or centralized billing teams—to pay premiums on behalf of the insured.

This method allows payers to locate a policy using only the Policy Number and ZIP Code (insured’s mailing or business address). No PathPay login credentials are required.

Who is this for?

  • Agencies handling centralized billing

  • Accountants managing client payments

  • MGA partners

  • Any third party paying on behalf of the insured

How It Works

  1. Go to the Make a Payment page in Ascend.

  2. Enter the Policy Number and ZIP Code associated with the insured’s mailing or business address.

  3. Once verified, the policy page will display:

    • Outstanding disputes

    • Endorsements

    • Reinstatements

    • Payoffs

    • Upcoming installment payments

  4. Select the item(s) you wish to pay.

  5. Complete the payment using the available methods (credit card, ACH, etc.).
