Why hasn't my bind request automatically processed after e-sign completion?

Pathpoint begins processing your bind request once you click the Request to Bind button. If you haven't clicked this button before the insured completes their e-signature, you'll need to manually request binding afterward.

Steps for Automatic Processing:

  1. Complete Your Tasks:

    • Submit required state subjectivities.

    • Sign your portion of e-sign documents.

    • Complete remaining subjectivities.

  2. Click Request to Bind:

    • You can do this immediately after finishing your tasks or wait until after the insured completes their e-signature.

Important Note:

  • For manual signatures, Pathpoint will not send an email to the insured. In these cases, you'll manually request binding after all tasks are completed.
