How do you handle blocking markets?

Most of our markets do not block instant quotable accounts. Our brokerage markets may not quote an account for Pathpoint if it has already been quoted from another wholesaler. A couple of our cyber markets will rescind a quote if it has already been quoted by another wholesaler.
